This policy covers the Home James website. It is short because the site collects very little.

What we collect
Only what you type into the early-access form: your name, email address, the interest category you select, and any message you choose to write. Nothing else on this site collects personal information.
Why we collect it
To contact you when early access opens, and to understand which capabilities people want first. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for their own marketing.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics.
Where it is stored
Submissions go to our email and signup provider. If you have not yet connected a provider, the form does not collect anything at all — it says so plainly rather than pretending to.
How long we keep it
Until early access ships and you have had the chance to opt in or out, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act on it. Depending on where you live, you may have these rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the CCPA/CPRA.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and email anyone already on the list.
